Tumblr

Tumblr is a weird blogging website, which I guess makes it so fun to go to.  I just found out about it a few weeks ago. There's a lot of creative (and crazy) people on there who start blogs and post colorful images and other media stuffz. I go there often but usually just look at what other people post instead of posting my own stuff.

Chicago

I'm going to Chicago next week over the weekend.  We've been to Chicago often for short little trips before.  We never really go a whole lot of exciting things to be honest, but it gives us a chance to relax and get away from our house a little bit.  We've been to other places too though, last year we went to St. Louis and 2 years ago we went to Florida.

The Bucks

So yeah, I'm a Bucks fan (-_-) It's hard because they suck every year and most fans, including me, are always trying to decide whether to root for the playoffs or lottery.  The Bucks are always looking to acquire talent through the Free agency and trades, which for a small market team like them is a bad thing, they need to instead look towards the draft.  Unfortunately it doesn't look like that will change, as they were on the path of building off of young cheap players but instead choose to sign 3 old  mediocre players to hefty contracts in the off season.  Now they are on the verge of either making the playoffs in the horrible Eastern Conference (where they will for sure lose right away) or getting a shot at a decent draft pick.  Decisions, decisions.

DS

I am considering selling my Nintendo DS lite on Ebay, for two reasons: 1. It's sort of falling apart 2. There are better ones out there.  Why try selling it if it's "falling apart" you ask?  Well, it still works completely fine, it's just that the hinges that holds the screen up are cracking so it's basically a horizontal DS.  It will have to be a lot cheaper then the original price but somebody will probably want it.

Spring

So, uh, yeah, I don't ike Winter that much.  Which probably isn't the best thing considering I live in Wisconsin but I live with it.  I'm still happy that it's coming to an end soon and spring is coming.  Well, It should, but It'll probably snow 10 feet next week.

NCAA tournament

So far, I have been 4/6 on my NCAA tournament bracket picks, with Louisville and Old Dominion being my incorrect picks, and choosing Kentucky, West Virginia, Pittsburgh, and Temple being my correct picks.  Admittedly, I don't know as much about college basketball as Pro basketball, which I follow much more closely, however I still like watching it just as well.  I'm also interested to see how the NBA prospects in the tournament fare.

Blogging.

So yeah, this is something I have to do for my Journalism class...  I've a.ways liked blogs as a source of information over bigger more mainstream websites.   I think blogging sometimes --Not all the time-- gives a better and clearer viewpoint then bigger news sources that often have clouded or rehashed opinions.   I assure you that this blog will have nothing worthwhile though.  Great advertisement, I know.
